The XX “Islands”

Director Saam Farahmand and producer Ben Sullivan of Partizan invited Supple to work with Mercury Prize winners, The XX on their video for ‘Islands’.  Having decided on a general concept of ‘hypnotic and intricate’, Saam’s brief was that the choreography should be slick and classy.  As the video features looped sequences, Supple ensured that the choreography was sufficiently eye-catching and intriguing to bear frequent repetition.
