Headhunted by Shine and Princess TV, Supple Nam was asked to help create and develop a new TV dance show ‘Got To Dance’ (GTD) for Sky. Aired on Sky 1 and Sky 1 HD, the format’s host Davina McCall (Big Brother, Million Pound Drop) was joined by panel judges Ashley Banjo, Kimberly Wyatt and Adam Garcia.
Credited as Artistic Director & Choreographer, Supple injected his experience, vision and skills for live and recorded dance performance work towards the development of the show’s formula. This role later evolved to training and supervising his team of choreographers to assist him.
After a successful first season, Supple was asked to continue with the role of Artistic Director & Choreographer for Seasons two and three.
“Got To Dance” has successfully become UK & Ireland’s biggest reality TV dance talent show broadcasted live weekly, on Sky 1 HD. All episodes were filmed at the famous Pinewood Studios & in Seasons 2 and 3, the finals were filmed at London’s Olympia in front of 6000 people.
